Mina Training and Education Center (MTEC)
The Mina Training and Education Center (MTEC) is the word class Training and Education Center that has its Head Quarter in Jl.Moh Taher No 1, Lamcot, Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, INDONESIA 23126 which is being run and managed under MID Foundation with different Professional Courses/Qualifications/Programs in cooperation with other Foundations, NGOs and Government, National and International Agencies, Organizations, and Associations. The Center is under the Director of Ust. Sofyan Kaoy Umar, SE, MA, CPIF
The establishment of the Institution was initiated by the Foundation founder with a strong desire to increase the skill, capacity, and knowledge of the training participants that increase the quality of life they deserved. The Director initiated and work hard to accomplish this lifetime dream that the participant of training shall have qualified, a higher level and attainable learning by providing education and training for skills development.
Instructors averagely were skilled, qualified, and experienced that have a reputation worldwide in handling the different skills training courses. The Mina Training and Education Center (MTEC) in the future will be designed to be a modern well-equipped skill training center allowing access to globally competent trained skilled participants not only nationally but globally needed. The center is open to all needy participants from all over the world. The Objective of the Center is among others:
1. To increase the number of professional and life skill training course enrollees in the center annually.
2. To increase the number of entrepreneurs as well as provide employment opportunities.
3. To improve the proficiencies of the trainer in professional and life skills training.
4. To motivate participants to perform their duties and responsibilities.
5. To provide the necessary training supplies and materials.
6. To cover the necessary fund or budget for operation, maintenance of the center, and training equipment.
7. To create national awareness and internalization of the value of blue-collar occupation as against the traditional preferences for the academically oriented profession.
8. To provide concrete factual and realistic information to the public in general, for business planning, decision making, and development in accordance with abilities and interests.
MTEC is an institution of Training and Education that conduct various types of Training including professional training and life skill training.

The training under MTEC is in cooperation with related Government and Non-Government, National and International institutions, Associations, and Agencies.
1. Professional Training for Teacher, Government, and Non-Government Civil Servants, and Entrepreneurs
2. Training Fee is a minimum that could cover all expenses, except Training that has a specific donor, and will conduct as the support with a donor.
Office/Training Venue Facility:
1. Certificate in cooperation with Government and Non-Government Organizations, National and International Associations and Agencies
2. Full Facility Training Room/Hall/Venue such as Hotel and Training Room
3. Experience, Skilled Trainer/Facilitator with National and International standards
4. MTEC provides professional services to all participants
5. Every training use LCD Projector and other needed facilities
